friendly staff great balcony

The staff provided clear directions to the location and were very friendly. My room was quite spacious , and the balcony was a great surprise.

The elevator does not service the ground floor , so you must carry luggage up some stairs.

Fantastic Stay in the Heart of the City

ideal location helpful staff cleaning service secure luggage

The location was ideal. I walked to all the main attractions. The front desk staff were helpful and always responded quickly when I contacted them via WhatsApp (they promptly handled all my requests). I appreciated the excellent daily cleaning service. the staff stored luggage securely after check-out. I had no worries about transport options because staff directed me effectively.

The shampoo and body soap satchels were small, offering only a few drops after fully squeezing. It was a very minor inconvenience, but I feel it's worth mentioning.

The room was very clean and well-kept. the bedsheets and towels were refreshed every two days. Air conditioning worked really well during a hot time of year (essential for a comfortable stay). The room offered ample space and also safe area, which helped with my peace of mind.

Facilities

8/10

There is an elevator available, though it requires navigating a short set of stairs initially (something to keep in mind for those with heavy luggage). The availability of luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out added great convenience to my travels. Safety was very good.

The hotel's proximity to key bus stops like L.go Chigi and San Claudio made public transport very convenient. It was easy to explore the entire city due to the optimal location (the best place ever!). Many attractions were easily reachable on foot.

While the hotel does not have a full restaurant, its location offers easy access to numerous nearby dining options. I found various cafes and restaurants just a short walk away (, made meal times very easy). I especially liked the local cuisine available.

The staff members were helpful and provided excellent local recommendations. They consistently ensured my needs were met promptly and efficiently. The reception staff were also kind and helpful when I had questions.

mixed experience due to some issues

missing kettle clumpy pillows

i encountered a few problems . first, while they advertised an elevator, it didn't reach the ground floor. i had to carry my heavy suitcase up about 15 steps. also, the room had what looked like a kitchenette area with a sink. however, there wasn't a kettle, no cups, or even a glass to drink water. the pillows also felt clumpy and definitely needed replacing.
